Due to the content and purpose of the Website, individuals who wish to benefit from its services must have the status of a customer (hereinafter "The Customer"), which is acquired by completing the registration form, including, among others; name and identification, shipping address, identification data of the chosen payment method, and following the steps required by The Company. The status of Customer implies adherence to the Terms of Use version published each time The Customer accesses the Website.
In any case, there are pages of the Website accessible to individuals or legal entities who do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter, "Users"). In this regard, Users accessing these parts of the Website accept to be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these General Conditions, to the extent that they may be applicable.
The Company wants to inform its Customers and Users that it is exclusively directed to an audience over 16 years old and that the territory in which it accepts and distributes orders is the territory of Spain (hereinafter, the "Territory").
The Company does not ship orders abroad (unless agreed upon by both parties) nor, for the moment, to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. However, the information provided about each product, as well as the photographs or videos related to them and the commercial names, trademarks, or distinctive signs of any kind contained on this Website of The Company, are displayed on https://wearesmoothmove.com with all rights reserved.
PRICES
All prices of the products indicated through the Website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include the corresponding shipping costs, which will be calculated and detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer before finalizing the purchase.
AVAILABILITY
The Company informs the Customer that the number of units available is kept up-to-date with the stock in the warehouse and the availability from our production team. Under no circumstances will The Company intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available.
The Company will do its best to satisfy all its Customers' demand for products. However, on occasion, and due to causes beyond The Company's control such as human errors or incidents in the computer systems, the quantity finally served by the production team may differ from the order placed by The Company to meet the orders requested by the Customers.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of it. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order. If as a result of this cancellation, the customer wants to return the delivered product, they must follow the stipulations in the Returns section.
Offers of "free shipping" are valid until stocks last.
PAYMENT
The Customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The initial price shown on the Website for each of the products offered will be added to the corresponding shipping fees. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the Customer prior to finalizing the purchase.
The ticket or purchase receipt corresponding to the purchase order will be available immediately at the end of the purchasing process and will be received by email at the address provided by the Customer in the registration.
The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to their order by payment, either by bank transfer or using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and/or other similar cards) or through PayPal. The card used for payment must be issued by a Spanish bank or savings bank. Payment by card is made through Stripe with the security protocols offered by this company.
The Customer must notify The Company of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, by email to info@secondnature.es, as soon as possible and providing all the details of the transaction, so that The Company can take appropriate action to resolve the case.
SECURITY
The Company, through PayPal, has the highest security measures commercially available in the sector.
PayPal offers 3D-Secure, which is the secure protocol designed to provide greater security and robust authentication when using your debit or credit cards to make purchases online. It is called, depending on the type of card, "MasterCard SecureCode," "Verified by Visa," and, in the case of American Express cards, "Safekey." ORDER FORMALIZATION

ORDER CANCELLATION
The Company will accept order cancellations when requested before shipping. To cancel, the Customer must request it by sending an email to our address info@secondnature.es
TIMELINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY, AND LOSS
I. Product Delivery
The Company undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form, which must always be within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate it if the Customer provides an address where the order can be delivered during regular business hours.
The Company will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not match reality or essential data have been omitted that make such delivery impossible.
The Company informs the Customer of the possibility, depending on the volume of the order, that it may be divided into several deliveries.
II. Delivery Time
Shipments are usually made within 1-2 business days normally once the order is confirmed and paid. In exceptional cases, it may take up to a maximum of 7 business days from the paid and confirmed order. Once the order has left the warehouse, the transport company will deliver it within 24-48 hours. If orders are placed on a Friday, the order will be shipped on Monday.
Therefore, delivery times may vary for logistical or force majeure reasons. In cases of delays in deliveries, The Company will duly inform the Customer as soon as it becomes.
RETURN
I. Return Procedure
All products purchased from The Company may be returned and refunded, provided that some of the scenarios detailed in this section as "Causes for Return" occur, and the Customer notifies The Company of their intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of up to 14 working days from the delivery date, and provided that the rest of the conditions established in this section are met.
The Company will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- At the time of receipt, the product is in a non-consumable condition.
- The packaging of the products has been damaged during shipping.
- The ordered product does not match the delivered product.
- The Customer receives the order and opens the delivered package in the presence of the delivery person and always before signing the delivery note. Any alteration in the content of the delivered package must be testified by the person making the delivery. Photographs of the condition of the products (while checking the merchandise) in non-consumable conditions will be accepted as evidence for returns.
- The product must maintain its non-consumable condition, each package must retain the net weight marked, and it must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be done with the box in which it was delivered, the Customer must return it in a protective box with the same technical characteristics so that the product reaches The Company's warehouse in the same condition in which it was packaged by the Customer with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
In order to facilitate the return process for Customers and to track it correctly, The Company establishes the return procedure outlined by The Company in this section as the only return procedure. If the reason for the return is attributable to The Company (the received product does not meet the conditions established for its consumption, it is not the product that the Customer had ordered, etc.), the refund amount will be reimbursed. If the reason is different (the products were served correctly but are not to the Customer's liking), the cost of the return expenses will be borne by the Customer.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
- Inform within 7 natural days from its receipt that the Customer requests the return of the product. The request must be sent via email to info@secondnature.es
- The Company will inform the customer of the postal address to which the product must be sent.
- The Customer must package it correctly and send it through a courier company of their choice. The return must be paid for by the Customer if this process does not comply with any of the requirements previously outlined in this section.
- Inform The Company of the courier company used, date, and time of the return.
II. Refunds to the CUSTOMER
The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products minus the cost of the return service.
Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect (see previous section), The Company will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs.
Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds.
The Company will process the return order under the same system used for payment within 7 days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund to the Customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 10 days for debit cards and up to 35 days for credit cards.
WARRANTY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

The Company will not be obliged to collect the product rejected by the Customer, and the latter must contact The Company under the conditions established in the previous section.
In this sense, The Company informs that its products are of quality and will remain unchanged and in a consumable condition if the labeling rules for each product are followed.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The Company holds all rights over the content, design, and source code of this Website and, especially, including but not limited to, photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names, and data included on the Website.
Customers and Users are advised that such rights are protected by current Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.
